Dr. Andrew Waymire
Dr. Drew is excited to be joining the wonderful team at River Oak Veterinary Clinic. He has been practicing in the Central Valley for 11 years, both as a staff vet in Fresno, Modesto, and Stockton, and doing relief work for doctors from Tulare to Jackson and from Oakhurst to Tracy. His favorite subjects are feline medicine, endocrinology, and preventative medicine.
Dr. Drew grew up in Central Illinois, about 45 minutes from the University of Illinois where he got his undergraduate degree. He has lived in California since moving here to go to veterinary school at UC Davis. He lives with his wife Amanda and two dogs, Plek and Bentley, and two cats, Olive and Morgana. When he is not working, he enjoys cycling, hiking, scuba diving, and a bit of online gaming, and cheering for the Chicago Bears.
